It educates students to identify food items with the Healthier Choice Symbol, how to make wise food choices and how to read nutritional labels. Suitable for lower secondary students.

Very informative and summarizes most of the cooking methods and their uses. However, it can be rather dry for students to read and there are few pictures (which is also why it is more suitable for upper secondary students).
